GREELEY, Colo. (April 16, 2018) — Continuing a legacy of precision made tactical riflescopes, Steiner’s P4Xi has been selected as the 2018 National Rifle Association’s Shooting IllustratedOptic of the Year. The P4Xi will receive a 2018 NRA Golden Bullseye Award at the upcoming NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits in Dallas, Texas.
Designed for patrol and tactical operations, the P4Xi offers quick, clear target acquisition in a lightweight compact design.
“We knew the tactical world needed a better compact, close to medium range optic that wouldn’t break the bank,” said Director of Marketing Ryan Hennig. “Our engineers absolutely nailed it with the P4Xi 1-4×24. We’re honored to have the P4Xi receive the prestigious NRA Golden Bullseye Award and to be recognized as Optic of the Year by an esteemed publication like Shooting Illustrated.”
The P4Xi riflescope offers high-contrast glass and an illuminated P3TR reticle with 11 different levels, five daytime, four low-light and two night vision settings, with an OFF position between each setting, making the riflescope perfect for any situation, day or night. A versatile 4x zoom system with true 1x magnification allows engaging targets in extreme close-quarters or out to 400 yards accurately.
“Lightweight and easy to use, the Steiner P4Xi 1-4×24 scope will be a first-rate choice for patrol rifles and AR platforms,” wrote Brian McCombie in his July 2017 review. “Priced less than $600, you can’t ask much more from a quality piece of tactical shooting glass.”
For a true medium range option, the P4Xi also comes in a 4-16×56 version. This version includes an illuminated front focal plane Special Competition Reticle and side parallax adjustment housed in a 34mm tube.
